Ann
Hi my name is Ann. I am the Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator for our Hagerstown office. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Drs. Toothman and Barra since the summer of 1984. I started as a clinic assistant before becoming Office Manager / Treatment Coordinator. I am certified in Radiology and Orthodontic Assisting. I am the proud mother of five daughters and the extra proud Nana of Miles, Gavin, Reid, Tyce,
Jeremy and Eve and Sophia. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my grandbabies. If you have any questions or concerns please call our office, I will be happy to speak with you. I look forward to meeting you at our Hagerstown office.
Shirley
My name is Shirley. I am Business Manager / Accountant for Drs.Toothman and Barra. I have been working for the practice for many years, actually beginning on April Fools Day in 1985. I take care of the in-house accounting, payroll, taxes, accts payable, 401k, group insurance, credit cards, and financial statements along with the doctor’s personal accounts. I have two wonderful sons, one who is married and graduated law school. The other son graduated from the college of Charlestown.

Hi, my name is Lori and I have been with Drs. Toothman & Barra's office since June of 2008 as a front desk receptionist. I enjoy working with people and look forward to meeting our patients each day.
Aleta
Hi, my name is Aleta and I have been with Drs. Toothman and Barra since May 1989. I am one of the first faces you see when you walk in the office. I am the insurance coordinator and strive to help you understand your Ortho benefits. I have 3 children and 4 beautiful grandchildren.
I love anything to do with nature, especially humming birds. I am also an avid movie watcher. I am always happy to greet you at your next visit.

Hi, I’m Susie. I have been with Drs. Toothman and Barra since 1986. I work in the front office and of all my responsibilities I like working with the patients the best. When it comes time to schedule your next appointment, I will do my best to find a date and time that suits you best. I will be waiting to greet you at your next visit.
Lisa
Hi,I'm Lisa and I work as a Clinical Assistant, and also help Ann out explaining treatment as a part-time Treatment Coordinator. I am a certified Orthodontic Assistant and also hold an X-ray license. I have worked for Drs. Toothman and Barra since 1988, (I started when I was 12!) and I enjoy the daily interaction with
patients and parents. If its your Birthday you’ll probably be serenaded with my American Idol Voice! I enjoy
spending time with my husband and three great kids ! I am looking forward to seeing your smile go from crooked to grand!

Hello! I am Tiffany and I joined the team of Drs Toothman and Barra in May of 2001. I am a chair-side assistant, certified in dental Radiology, and am a certified orthodontic assistant. I thoroughly enjoy working with children and adults of all ages. Outside of the office I am a very busy Mom of three boys. I spend the majority of my time at their sporting
events. I can be located in chair # 5 at the office. Stop in and say hello!

I’m Julie, I have been known as the assistant with the curly hair but now you will find me in the lab where I now work, I have been with Drs. Toothman and Barra since January of 1996 as an orthodontic assistant and now as a lab tech. I am certified in dental radiology and as an orthodontic assistant. On a personal note, I am married with 2 children, a son and a daughter who attend Greencastle Antrim school district. Come visit me

My name is Cindy and I have been working in the dental field since 1974 and for Drs. Toothman and Barra since August of 1993. My past experiences include working as a receptionist, Dental assistant and as a crown and bridge lab technician. In our practice I am an Orthodontic Lab Technician / Supervisor and fabricate appliances for both of our offices. I have a license in dental assisting, dental radiology, and have received
certificates and training in lab techniques and procedures in New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I am the proud Mom of 2 wonderful sons. Stop by the lab the next time you’re in the office!

Hi, I’m Gina. I have been with Drs. Toothman & Barra since November of 2005 and I had worked in the dental field previously. I am a chair-side assistant and have my Radiology certification & COA (certified orthodontic assistant). The part of this practice I enjoy most is the interaction with the patients and the closeness of the staff. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I look forward to seeing each one of you.

Hello! My name is Rhianna, but you can call me Rae. I’m an orthodontic assistant for the Hagerstown office. I have been employed with Drs. Toothman and Barra since July of 2007. Previously I worked as an endodontic assistant. I hope to have a life in 2-4 years…ha ha. Stop by chair 6 when you are in the office. I also hold my radiology license.

Hello, I’m Mary. I’m a chair-side assistant for Drs. Toothman and Barra’s office since February of 2004.Since working with the orthodontic practice I’ve been certified in Radiation and Safety. I enjoy working with the patients and staff. “We are one big happy family” On a personal note I’m a mother of one daughter, who also is a patient of Dr. Toothman. Come in and check out our professional and friendly staff.

Hi, I’m Tina and I’ve been a clinic Chair-side Assistant with Drs. Toothman and Barra since 2003. I am certified in Radiation Health and Safety. My co-workers say I am known for my upbeat and fast-paced personality. Over all I enjoy the hands on experience and patient interaction that the orthodontic field has to offer. Outside the office I’m a very busy mother of 3 children. Can't wait to see ya !

Greetings from the lab! This is summer Lab Technician Nicholas speaking, but you can call me Nick. I’ve been working at Drs. Toothman and Barra since the summer of 2004. I currently handle most model work during the summer. I play alot of video games in my free time. I’m also a Jazz enthusiast and saxophone player as well as Drum Major with the South Hagerstown High School. See you at the office!

Greetings from the Hagerstown lab of Drs. Toothman and Barra, they call me “Scott” or “Scotty”, and sometimes “Hey You”. I started working with this practice in the summer of 2001 and have continued
ever since. I started as summer help and eventually became a year round employee working in the lab making essix retainers. I see to it that lab responsibilities as well as any other tasks that I am asked to take on are accomplished. I am currently enrolled at UMBC in the field of Visual Arts with a focus in Animation. I’ll be in the lab if you need me!
