Dr. Thomas Barra has been practicing orthodontics exclusively since 1985. He received his B.S. degree from Syracuse University in 1978 and his D.D.S. degree from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1983. He also completed his orthodontic specialty training at Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1985.

Dr. Barra is an active member of the National and Constituent Societies of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Barra and his wife, Joan, have three sons and a daughter. They are active in church and local civic organizations. They enjoy outdoor sports, travel and time with family and friends.
