Chris
Chris is the Front Office Manager in our Chambersburg office. She has worked for Drs. Toothman & Barra for 13 years, after a dental career in the Navy. Chris handles all aspects of the clerical business and also fills in as a clinical assistant and treatment coordinator if needed. She also serves as co-office manager for the Chambersburg office.

Cheryl
Cheryl joined our team 2 years ago as a Front Desk Receptionist in the Chambersburg office and has handled the busy front office tasks wonderfully. She enjoys greeting the patients and has learned a lot about the ins and outs of orthodontics.

Lori
Lori is a COA and has been here with Drs. Toothman & Barra for 18 years now. She started as a clinic assistant between both office locations before becoming the treatment coordinator for the Chambersburg office. Lori's friendly personality and cheerfulness is very welcoming for new patients and she is always willing to take the time to make sure all patients and parents are fully informed of their upcoming treatment. Lori also serves as the co-office manager for the Chambersburg office.

Alanna
Alanna has been with Drs. Toothman & Barra for 5 years now. She started with us in high school on the co-op program, working in the Chambersburg lab, then trained to become a clinical assistant. Alanna will also be filling in as the treatment coordinator and will soon become a COA.

Mitzi is a Clinical Assistant in the Chambersburg office and has been with Drs. Toothman & Barra for 5 years. She will be receiving her National Board Certification in the near future.

Roxanne has been with Drs. Toothman & Barra for 9 years and has been in the dental field for a total of 12 years. Roxanne is a Clinic Assistant and manages inventory for the Chambersburg office. She enjoys the independence and hands-on work that the orthodontic field has to offer.

Heather has worked part-time with Drs. Toothman & Barra through the end of her high school career as a Lab employee and is now enjoying her training as a clinical assistant. She has been with our practice for 3 years and is expanding her orthodontic knowledge and experience.

Chrissy is a Clinic Assistant for our Chambersburg office and has been with Drs. Toothman & Barra for 2 years. Chrissy has traveled to many locations doing missionary work and is now enjoying the orthodontic field. She is looking forward to implementing some fun contests and raffles for the Chambersburg office. Chrissy enjoys the interaction with the patients and the closeness of the staff.

Lisa is our newest staff member here at the Chambersburg office. She joined us in December of 2001 with a few years of dental background. She is a fast learner and is becoming a very good Clinic Chairside Assistant.

Ann is a COA and our Treatment Coordinator and has enjoyed working for Drs. Toothman & Barra for 18 years now. She has a total of 20 years in the dental field. Ann started as a clinical assistant before becoming our treatment coordinator. Ann greets our patients at their initial exam where they are completely informed of all aspects of orthodontics. Ann's professional knowledge and courteous personality make our new patients feel welcome to our practice. Ann also serves as our Office Manager.

Shirley is a very important staff member although she is behind the scenes. Shirley is our Accountant and Business Manager. She has been with Drs. Toothman & Barra for 17 years. Shirley handles all office accounts and manages all the staff benefits and payroll for both offices. Shirley's dedication and professional personality make her indispensable to the entire staff.

Terri has been with Drs. Toothman & Barra for over 3 ½ years now and is a Front Desk Receptionist. Her vast computer knowledge has been very helpful. Terri has great organizational skills and has helped make many improvements in our office correspondence. Terri continues to expand her knowledge by assisting the TC with digital imaging and letter processing.

Aleta has been with Drs. Toothman & Barra for 13 years now. Her friendly, smiling face is always ready to greet you at our front desk. Aleta is our Insurance Processing Manager and goes out of her way in helping our patients understand their insurance coverage.

Susie has been our Front Office Manager for 15 years and also upkeep's her orthodontic certification. Susie handles the financial tasks and is always available to help answer patients or parents concerns in this department.

Aretha is a COA who has been with Drs. Toothman & Barra for 6 years now. Aretha has a total of 22 years in the dental field. She also is in charge of the continuing education courses and credit upkeep of the assistants.

Cindi has been in the dental field for 15 years, with 3 of that being in the orthodontic field. Cindi has been with Drs. Toothman & Barra for 2 years now, after moving here from Florida. Cindi has enjoyed expanding her orthodontic knowledge and has extended her southern hospitality to our practice.

Terri has been in various fields of dentistry for 25 years. And has been in the orthodontic field for 4 years since joining Drs. Toothman & Barra, P.A. in 1998. She is a certified orthodontic assistant and manages the inventory control for both office locations. Terri has come to enjoy the ortho field the most out of all the other fields of dentistry.

Lisa
Lisa is a COA and has been in the orthodontic field for 17 years, with 14 years of that being with Drs. Toothman & Barra. Lisa's bubbly and outgoing personality always brighten up the clinic. Lisa enjoys "singing" Happy Birthday to our patients on their special day. Lisa is very professional and patient and assists with the training of all new clinical team members. Lisa is also serving as liason to our referring dentists and is doing a wonderful job with her "Lunch & Learn" sessions.

Cheryl has worked for Drs. Toothman & Barra, P.A. for 16 years now. She is a COA and the Clinical Coordinator for the Hagerstown office, in addition to organizing the clinical staff and addressing the patients and doctors needs. She makes the office a fun place by organizing all of our special contests and raffles. Cheryl also assists the treatment coordinator and fills in that position when needed. Cheryl enjoys seeing the transformation of the patients smiles and personalities throughout their orthodontic treatment.

Tiffany is one of our newest team members after joining us 1 year ago. Her previous training in general dentistry has been an advantage in her transition into orthodontics. Tiffany is a fast learner and is quickly mastering all orthodontic procedures. She is enjoying the opportunity of "hands on" work that the orthodontic field offers.

Stephanie has worked in our lab for 4 years now, starting with us right out of high school. Stephanie has become an integral member of our laboratory staff and continues to expand her duties and responsibilities. She will soon be obtaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and we will miss her when she begins her new career.

Vicki has been with Drs. Toothman & Barra for over 1 year now. Vicki's past experience in the dental field was an asset in training her to be a Lab Technician. Vicki has now cross-trained to become a clinic chairside assistant and is learning all the ins & outs of orthodontics.
